Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedCollision Center Estimatorto join our team.
The ideal candidate understands blueprinting accurate estimating and insurer communication and can manage repair files from intake through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate collision repair estimates usingCCC ONE / Mitchell
- Perform completevehicle blueprintsafter tear down
- Identify and document hidden damage
- Submit and negotiatesupplements
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers
- Research and followOEM repair procedures
- Document pre- and post-repair scans and ADAS requirements
- Maintain repair file accuracy to support cycle time and quality
Qualifications
- 2 yearscollision estimating experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with at least one estimating platform (CCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of repair vs replace blends and non-included operations
- Experience working with insurance companies and/or DRPs
- Ability to manage multiple repair files efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
