Department Overview
Position Summary
This role will focus 50% of their time on compliance activities and 50% of their time on privacy program activities. The Compliance Consultant is a vital member to the Childrens Minnesota compliance program. This role will coordinate and execute the seven elements of an effective compliance program including: advising and drafting policies and procedures supporting the Childrens compliance officer and managers developing training and education monitoring and auditing compliance risks and investigating and responding to reported compliance violations. This position will report to Compliance Management team.
The role will be approximately 80% remote and 20% on-site.
