We are seeking an inspirational and ambitious Deputy Principal to help shape this successful future-focused college community. Working closely with the Principal Governors and Trust Board members this pivotal role will influence curriculum development pastoral leadership and strategic decision making. We are looking for a values driven leader who inspires and motivates others brings clarity and confidence to challenge and fosters a culture in which both staff and students can flourish. This is more than a senior leadership post. It offers a clear pathway to future Principal or CEO leadership and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
