The Role:
We are seeking a motivated knowledgeable Personal Trainer & Stretch Specialist to provide 1-on-1 training and assisted stretching sessions. You will guide athletes through tailored workouts monitor progress and implement recovery strategies to help them perform at their peak.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized strength conditioning and mobility programs.
- Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions safely and effectively.
- Assess flexibility mobility and performance goals.
- Track client progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional training environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM ACSM ACE or equivalent.
- Experience in assisted stretching mobility or athletic recovery.
- Knowledge of strength training functional movement and injury prevention.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Previous experience with athletes (collegiate or professional) preferred but not required.
