Job Summary

Qualifications:

Hold a New Jersey Reading Specialist Certificate
Have excellent experience in teaching and working with students in all grade levels.
Engage learners in differentiated learning experiences for a range of skills and developmental needs found in the classroom managing when appropriate multiple instructional activities simultaneously.
Ability to provide intervention instruction to at-risk students.
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
Demonstrateknowledge and understanding of childgrowth and development effective instructional strategies classroom management learning assessment and diagnosis and research related to learning.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary.
Mastery of pedagogy knows how to teacher students how to read.
Ability to communicate effectively bth orally and in writing.
Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and good moral character.
Must be able to work the entire length of the program.
Must be a critical thinker and problem solver and respect others.
Must complete all tasks assigned for a successful program.
