Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide personalized in-home care to our clients in Temperance MI. As a Home Care Worker you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and instructions from their care plan.
- Ensure clients safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements
- Own transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable compassionate and patient.
- Must pass background checks .
