Job Profile Summary

The Investment Analyst delivers consistent performance as a productive member of an investment industry team. Incumbents lead parts of the investment surveillance and new investment evaluation process autonomously and contribute valued opinions on the how and why identified in his/her analysis of different aspects of a companys performance; this includes identifying industry trends that are worthy of discussion with senior team members. Work can/will result in investment actions being taken by portfolio management and/or credit leadership. As needed the Investment Analyst will assist in the development of investment sales and marketing strategies as well as responsibilities related to investor relations and cultivation of deal sources. Also on an as needed basis will be responsible for traveling to management and due diligence meetings as well as key industry conferences and research symposia.

Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. Through three 8-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST) Infrastructure Equity Fixed Income Research and Private Markets Product Development youll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. As part of GRO youll benefit from mentorship leadership access and a collaborative community that supports your growth and helps you discover your passion for the world of investments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure
  • Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge
  • Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm


Required Qualifications:

  • Expected to graduate in 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance Economics or Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
  • Ability to be flexible creative and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel Word and PowerPoint with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis
