Job Summary

Schedule: Mixed (Rotating Weekends) or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Pay & Incentives
Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 $40.00 (10 years of experience)
Top of Range: $45.90/hr (17 years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
Night: $4.25/hr
Weekend: $3/hr (Fri 11pSun 11p; must work 4 productive hours)
Sign-On Bonus: $15000 Days; $10000 Nights
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Job Summary
A 220 bed acute care hospital in Ocala FL is seeking a skilled ER RN to provide high-quality patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. This role supports patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and want to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Triage assess and treat patients of all ages
Develop individualized care plans with expected outcomes
Manage multiple patient cases simultaneously prioritizing care needs
Provide follow-up care instructions and coordinate necessary referrals
Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments to ensure patient safety and high-quality care
Required Qualifications
1 year of recent Med/Surg PCU ICU or ED acute care experience
Florida RN License and/or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license)
RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications (must be obtained within specific timeframes):
BLS within 30 days
ACLS within 90 days
PALS within 90 days
ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) within 6 months
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months
