Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high quality well tested and performant UI/UX code
Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers UX designers and backend engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects
Stay updated with latest frontend technology trends and Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements
Actively participate in code reviews architecture discussions and technical debates to ensure quality
Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize applications speed through various means such as image compression minification
Mentor junior developers by providing guidance feedback and support throughout their career growth within the organization
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third party libraries
Participate in recruitment efforts helping to identify top talent and collaborating during assessment

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
6 years of experience in developing cross-browser elegant and efficient frontend applications
Proficiency in ReactJS JavaScript (ES6) including knowledge of closures prototypes and async programming HTML CSS/SCSS and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux Flux)
Hands-on experience in build tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest
Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean maintainable code
Prior experience of building browser extensions and utilizing service workers and browser APIs
Strong communication analytical and problem solving skills
