How Youll Make an Impact

• Lead coach and develop consultants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building strong customer and internal networks
• Deliver highimpact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector
• Drive innovation by proposing and shaping R&D initiatives with clear scope budget and outcomes
• Support contract negotiation proposal development and advanced stakeholder engagement
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments
• Manage complex projects endtoend including scope timeline resources and client satisfaction
• Support the contract lifecycle including followup on new solutions and services

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Over 3 years of experience as a people leader including hiring coaching performance management and resource planning
• Bachelors Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
• 11 years (Bachelors) 9 years (Masters) or 7 years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
• Experience providing advisory services building customer relationships and developing winning proposals
• Proven experience delivering highquality consulting projects; multidisciplinary project experience is an asset
• Strong expertise in power system tools (e.g. PSSE PSLF PSCAD) and development tools such as Python with excellent communication skills
