About the Role:
This is an existing role in our team. As a Product Designer you will be a key contributor to the user experience of our SaaS platform. This isnt just about making things look good; you will dive into complex challenges transforming deep user research into elegant accessible designs that solve real-world problems for our enterprise and government users.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative supportive environment and wants to make a tangible impact on products that solve real problems for enterprise and government users. Youll not only own the design lifecycle but also help maintain our design system and streamline workflows for better delivery.
This is a remote opportunity for a Product Designer based in Brazil who is willing to join us as an independent contractor (PJ).

What Youll Do as a Product Designer
- Design User-Centered Solutions: Own and create accessible designs for web applications that align with company goals and meet user needs.
- Develop UX Elements: Create flow diagrams user personas and experience maps to ensure designs are rooted in user requirements.
- Prototype and Wireframe: Build interactive wireframes prototypes and mockups to explore and present various design solutions.
- Test and Iterate: Lead usability testing sessions and refine designs based on feedback from users and internal teams.
- Maintain Visual Consistency: Leverage visual design principles to craft appealing interfaces while enhancing our UI library and design system.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve workflows tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
What Were Looking For
- Alignment with Pagefreezers Core Values
- Product Design Experience: 3 years in Product Design UI or UX roles ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient with tools like Figma Jira Confluence and other UX tools.
- Wireframes and User Testing skills: Experience creating interactive wireframes and leading user testing of prototypes.
- Software Development Concepts and Technologies: Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Inclusive Design: A deep commitment to accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design principles ensuring our products are usable by everyone.
- Initiative and Accountability: Strong initiative ownership and accountability with the ability to seek answers and navigate challenging conversations.
- Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the confidence to address challenges creatively.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- AI Integration: A proactive interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows to increase productivity and innovation.
