WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll report to the Sales Director for Running Specialty & ACG and play a central role in standing up Nikes Outdoor Specialty offense in North America. Youll work closely with Sport Sales and the North America ACG team connect internal functions with the marketplace and lead our external sales agency to elevate Nike with outdoor specialty partners.

Min 5 years experience managing specialty retail partners and driving growth
5 years managing specialty retail partners and driving meaningful business growth
Experience in complex fastmoving commercial environments
Background leading or influencing large crossfunctional or partner teams
Handson operator comfortable owning the operational details that keep the business moving
Strong forecasting ability to anticipate demand manage risk and steer the business
Solid decisionmaking with limited information and a proactive mindset for improving processes
Strong understanding of GrosstoNet (GTN) levers and how to manage profitability
Skilled at simplifying complex topics and communicating clearly
Works independently while supporting and informing teammates
Ability to travel up to 35%
Bachelors degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Valid drivers license

Youll partner closely with Sport Sales the North America ACG team Merch DSM Finance Ops Territory Sales and our agency to align plans and move quickly
Youll lead and support the external sales agencysetting direction coaching and ensuring Nike is represented consistently
Youll own the daily business engine: forecasts order book performance shipping pricing and marketplace execution
Youll manage operational essentials such as samples shipping followups and issue resolution
Youll maintain disciplined G2N management to deliver sustainable profitable growth
Youll build strong trustbased relationships with outdoor specialty retailers
Youll set the tone as a selfstarter and energy giver who brings momentum to the business
