Job Summary

Description

As a Program Support Specialist you will be a part of the Home Based Crisis Intervention team. You will be an administrative resource to the clinicians and team leads and share knowledge about community resources. You will report to the Senior Director of the program and you will work onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all client records in the CAIRS system.
  • Conduct 30 day follow up calls post discharge.
  • Make and follow up on referrals to community resources.
  • Attend monthly program-wide meetings in person.
  • Help with other administrative tasks.

Requirements and Education:

  • Associates degree required.
  • Minimum of three years related experience required.
