As a Client Affairs Case Worker (CASO) you will be part of a team that supports vulnerable adults who receive care and support through ESCCs Adult Social Care service and who lack mental capacity to manage their finances and property themselves by taking on the responsibility by way ofDepartment for Work and Pensions Appointeeship orCourt of Protection Deputyship. The role of the CASO is to support the team to manage clients financial will deal with queries via post email and telephone calls. You will support the team to review clients finances including benefits and income applications payment of bills and will work with your team members and professionals from other Adult Social Care teams and external organisations to make sure clients are receiving the best service.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are organised self-motivated and proactive
- Have a good level of numeracy
- Are a Team player
