Vehicle Pickup & Delivery Driver (Ford Service)
Location: Langley British Columbia
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5pm
We are seeking a reliable and professional Vehicle Pickup & Delivery Driver to support our Ford Service Department. This role is responsible for picking up Ford vehicles from customers homes or workplaces transporting them safely to our service center and returning them once service is complete. This position is customer-facing and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality service experience.
What Youll Do
- Pick up customer Ford vehicles from residential or business locations
- Deliver vehicles to the service department for scheduled maintenance or repairs
- Return vehicles to customers promptly after service completion
- Perform basic vehicle condition inspections before and after transport
- Maintain accurate pickup and delivery documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding timing and vehicle status
- Follow all traffic laws safety procedures and company policies
- Keep vehicles clean and report any issues immediately Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions
- Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
