We are seeking a PQM Technician 1 (Building/Construction Inspector) to join our Duluth GA team! 90% of the work will be done in Putnam County. Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performs daily field code inspections of commercial public facility and school construction projects.
Reviews commercial and education facility design plans to ensure compliance with current building codes.
Abides by Atlass health and safety policies and procedures.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering construction or related field
10 years experience with interpretation of applicable building codes
Acceptable experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Mechanical electrical and plumbing inspections; sprinkler inspections a plus
PE license a plus

Technical requirements:

Inspections certifications ADA certifications
Microsoft Office; Permit portal software such as GeoPermits etc.
Knowledge of state and/or federal regulation (NEPA FERC etc.)

Other miscellaneous qualities:

90% Majority of the work will be in Putnam County GA; some work may be in the metro Atlanta area
