The Office of Administrative Hearings invites qualified HR Professionals to apply for the Human Resources Technician III - position #Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Generalist providing support in the areas of recruitment time management benefits administration leave of absence position management applicant qualification and salary administration.
The HR Technician III works in partnership with the HR Director division management and employees to ensure that Human Resources policies and procedures are applied in a manner that is consistent with the Office of State Human Resources and OAH strategic addition the position will provide support in the HR/Payroll system - OM/PA actions position management time management and file audits.
Additional duties include processing reimbursement requests entering invoices for payment using NC Financial Management systems.

Experience using North Carolina state government database systems including SAP/FIORI Workday LMS and NCVIP.
Minimum Education and Experience

Associates degree typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience required; or 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources; or equivalent combination or education and experience.EEO Statement
