Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend quarterly alcohol compliance training courses on-site
- Responsible for providing prompt professional assistance to bartenders
- Support the goals of the cabana staff that services cabana and poolside customers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Obtain knowledge of facility layout and amenities to assist customers
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- One year (minimum) high volume experience preferred
- Reliability is a must we will check all references
- Ability to communicate effectively with public customers and staff members
- Be aware attentive energetic work well with others and accept guidance and supervision
- Energy and enthusiasm for long days
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions including hydration and sun-protection
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift carry move and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds.
- Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat
- Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated and properly eating before and during your shift
