JobSummary
Sugar Creek Country Club is seekingan energetic reliable and kid-loving Creek Kids Lead Attendant tosupport daily operations of the Creek Kids Center and serve as a lead teammember for our weekly Wednesday Kids Night program.
This role is ideal for someone whoenjoys working with children of all ages thrives in an active environment andcan confidently lead activities while maintaining a safe welcoming andorganized space. The Lead Attendant helps create a fun elevated experience forour youngest members while supporting family-friendly programming duringclubhouse renovations.
KeyResponsibilities
CreekKids Center Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe engaging and welcoming environment for children ages 12 months12 years
- Set up organize clean and store toys games and activity materials
- Ensure all parents complete required registration and sign-in forms
- Maintain accurate attendance and daily task sheets
- Organize inventory and restock toys and supplies
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
- Explain and promote Kids Center programs events and activities to families
- Follow daily weekly and monthly activity schedules
- Report incidents concerns or member feedback to leadership
WednesdayKids Night Responsibilities
- Assist with leading and supervising Kids Night activities (indoor and outdoor)
- Help manage activity flow between the club house outside tent green space inflatables and Kids Center
- Support setup and breakdown of Kids Night activity zones
- Assist with crafts STEAM activities games movies and outdoor play
- Help monitor inflatable rotations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Engage positively with children and families to create a fun calm and organized experience
- Serve as a visible friendly leader during Kids Night events
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (childcare camps after-school programs recreation education or fitness preferred)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently supervise groups of children
- Organized dependable and safety-minded
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule& Hours
