We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent.
Youll own end-to-end recruitment working as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across different departments and markets. This is a hands-on role where your sourcing expertise stakeholder relationships and commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences will directly shape our success.
What youll do:
Manage full recruitment lifecycles from job posting through to offer and day 1 onboarding ensuring smooth efficient processes
Use your direct sourcing skills across LinkedIn talent pools job boards social media and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
Build proactive pipelines of passive talent for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
Partner closely with hiring managers HR Business Partners and external agencies as a trusted talent advisor
Provide market intelligence compensation benchmarking and talent landscape analysis to inform hiring decisions
Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive sourcing strategies and fair unbiased candidate evaluation
Track key recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks optimize processes and report on hiring effectiveness
Represent Bauer at recruiting events career fairs and workshops supporting our DEI and Social Value initiatives
Travel to BMG offices and events as required
Proven in-house recruitment experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
Strong direct sourcing skills with demonstrated success finding both passive and active candidates
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesyou build trust easily and influence at all levels
Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences at every touchpoint
Proactive solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
Desirable:
Additional language skills beyond English
Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
Experience recruiting across multiple markets or international locations
Salary of per annum
