Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support Revit Models and space data efforts within Headquarters Facilities. This role is ideal for students in their final year of school or recent graduates (within one year) who are pursuing a degree in interior design architecture and facilities management or a related field. The position offers hands-on experience working with space data systems floor plans and real-world building audits across Headquarters facilities.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Space Data & Software Maintenance
Update the BIM models in Revit to represent current conditions and floor layouts.
Ensure complete and accurate space records by collecting and updating all room information space types and people assignments in the space data system.
- Coordinate with various departments within the church on space data needs.
- Support ongoing efforts to improve data completeness and quality.
Revit Floor Audits
- Travel to buildings along the Wasatch Front to conduct on-site audits.
- Review and markup floor plans based on real-world conditions.
- Collect current occupancy and space information to ensure accurate records.
- Document changes and identify discrepancies between actual and recorded data.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently have completed (within 1 year) a degree in interior design architecture facilities management or related field(required).
- 12 years of experience working with Revit software (required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative curious and willing to ask thoughtful questions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally for audits; a personal vehicle is not required
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
