Role Overview
The X-Ray Technologist will provide diagnostic radiographic services in emergency general imaging and surgical support areas. This role requires strong technical expertise adaptability in high-acuity settings and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in emergency and surgical environments
Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality image acquisition
Follow radiation safety standards and departmental protocols
Collaborate with physicians nurses and clinical staff to support patient care
Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper documentation of procedures
Required Qualifications
ARRT certification (required must be in hand)
BLS (AHA) certification (required)
35 years of X-ray technologist experience (required)
Ohio state license (must be in hand or obtained prior to start)
