About the Internship

The Niam Capital Formation & Investor Relations team is seeking a part-time Intern to join our Stockholm office starting in Spring 2026. This role is ideal for university students who are curious about fundraising investments and how a private equity firm communicates with its investors.

The internship runs part-time (2550% as agreed) alongside your studies and offers hands-on exposure to Capital Formation & Investor Relations in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Capital Formation & Investor Relations Intern you will support the team with:

• Assisting in the preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials
• Supporting investor reporting and due diligence
• Conducting basic market and peer research
• Helping maintain internal databases and reporting tools
• Supporting senior team members with ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks
• Assisting in preparations for investor events and roadshows

Your Profile

We are looking for talented and motivated students who:

• Ideally are university students of a BSc or MSc programme
• Have a strong interest in learning about the private equity industry
• Are structured detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills strong attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic fun and fast-paced environment
• Are driven team players with the ability to work independently in a proactive manner while maintaining a strategic mindset
• Have good knowledge of PowerPoint Word and Excel as well as excellent written and spoken skills in English
