As an Associate Technology Application Specialist in our Diagnostic Squad youre looking for an entry in to Nuffield IT and are passionate about excellent customer service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships.
You will contribute to our purpose and striving to build a healthier nation through leading the management of high-quality applications to meet the needs of Nuffield Healths customers beneficiaries employees and partners.
As our Associate Technology Application Specialist you will:
Effectively manager tasks and incidents supporting our end user community in their use of radiology pathology and other hospital diagnostics related systems.
Take part in your community of practice understanding the principles of application design management and the software development lifecycle
Develop your application configuration skills delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues
Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process technical training) including automation of business processes automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality
Deliver prioritised application developments for the applications/platforms that are in your domain
Help support major incidents effectively to ensure that they are escalated to the most appropriate level; that all necessary resources are engaged and that professional communications are regularly issued to users
