As an Associate Technology Application Specialist in our Diagnostic Squad youre looking for an entry in to Nuffield IT and are passionate about excellent customer service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships.
You will contribute to our purpose and striving to build a healthier nation through leading the management of high-quality applications to meet the needs of Nuffield Healths customers beneficiaries employees and partners.

As our Associate Technology Application Specialist you will:

  • Effectively manager tasks and incidents supporting our end user community in their use of radiology pathology and other hospital diagnostics related systems.

  • Take part in your community of practice understanding the principles of application design management and the software development lifecycle

  • Develop your application configuration skills delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues

  • Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process technical training) including automation of business processes automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality

  • Deliver prioritised application developments for the applications/platforms that are in your domain

  • Help support major incidents effectively to ensure that they are escalated to the most appropriate level; that all necessary resources are engaged and that professional communications are regularly issued to users
