Shop Operations Manager (Amazon FBA & E-commerce)

Monday - Friday 40 hours/week

Our client is awell-known fast-growing brand in the fingerboarding space. Our products are used by a passionate global community and 80% of our sales happen on Amazon. Were profitable established and scaling with intention.
Were looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who understands Amazon FBA inventory flow and fulfillmentand enjoys running a small physical operation where execution matters every day.

What Youll Do
Own Amazon FBA shipment creation prep and replenishment
Run daily pick/pack/ship for Amazon and DTC orders
Lead a small warehouse team (4 direct reports)
Coordinate packaging labeling QA and ready-to-ship standards
Track inventory across production warehouse and Amazon
Use ERP inventory and shipping tools Excel/Google Sheets
Improve workflows so nothing falls through the cracks
What Were Looking For
Proven Amazon FBA operations experience
Background in fulfillment warehouse or e-commerce operations
Comfortable leading a small hands-on team
Strong organizational skills spreadsheet proficiency
Willing to work in a hands-on in-person environment
