Our client is seeking a driven and technically strong Sales Engineer (Electrical) to promote sell and support electrical solutions across industrial commercial and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales ability to grow client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and propose suitable electrical solutions
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
Conduct site visits technical assessments and client consultations
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
Liaise with engineering procurement and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Stay up to date with market trends competitor activity and product developments
Provide after-sales technical support where required
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
35 years experience in electrical sales or technical sales
Strong understanding of electrical systems equipment and standards
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
Advantageous
Experience in MV/LV equipment switchgear protection or renewable energy solutions
Existing client network within the electrical or construction industry
