Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Attendant to join our team in Flat Rock MI. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by the client care plan.
- Assist with medication reminders and errands as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate patient and respectful of client privacy and dignity.
- Must pass background check.
