Client Account Director - 9 Month Secondment

This is a fantastic opportunity for a wellrounded proactive professional to join the UK InsuranceClientteam at Aviva Investors. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in aclientfacing environment and is eager to deepen their investment knowledge while strengthening relationships with a broad range of UK insuranceclients.

A bit about the role:

As aClientAccountDirector you will play a key role in maintaining strongclientretention-and enhancing the reputation of Aviva Investors through firstclass service delivery. You will champion a culture ofclientservice excellence across the organisation ensuring positive market perception and consistently high standards of this role you will manage daytoday relationships with Avivaclients across various asset classes coordinate the resolution ofclientissues and maintain strong working relationships across all areas of Aviva Investors. You will take ownership of legal documentationincluding IMAsensuring all amendments are accurately executed while keeping team processes procedures andclientrecords updated. You will act as the primary point of contact inclientmeetings oversee fee billing processes and support mandate changes for existingclients. Alongside maintaining deep product knowledge you will ensure potential crossselling opportunities are appropriately shared with theClientRelationshipDirector.

Skills and experience were looking for:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience as aClientAccountDirectoror similar working with insuranceclients.
  • Team player good communicator and hard worker
  • IMC or equivalent qualification
  • Proven ability to take ownership ofclientrelationships and achieve successful outcomes by influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong collaborator able to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors.

In this role youll be Certified under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authoritys Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that well need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and well need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain fit and proper and competent to carry out your role. Well provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
