To learn more about us visit individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling preparation analysis updates progress reporting as-built schedules recovery schedules technical support and tracking earned value on projects. Additional duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide resources for support training and schedule maintenance
- Develop work packages through job walks
- Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules updates documentation and modifications
- Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality
- Design project schedules and contract agreements maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and prepare reports for client support
- Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month
- Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies
- Support schedule and time impact analysis exercises
- Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately
- Understand industry QC and safety standards
- Skilled in pipe and millwright work
- SAP experience
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for this Position:
Education: No minimum requirement
Experience: Minimum 4 years in industrial planning and scheduling
Certifications/Licenses: A Valid TWIC Card and Drivers License.
