Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) is expanding our team and seeking a missiondriven Permanency Clinicianto provide inhome and community-based mental health servicesto youth and families across Northern Vermont.
If youre passionate about supporting at-risk youth strengthening families and delivering traumainformed care this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in human services.
What Youll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy in homes and local communities
- Lead treatment planning and permanencyfocused clinical oversight
- Complete assessments documentation and case management
- Support families with routines communication skills and safety plans
- Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision
- Travel 6 hours/week (company vehicle provided)
What Were Looking For
- Masters degree (preferred) or currently pursuing
- Bachelors accepted with eligibility for VT roster of nonlicensed psychotherapists
- 1 yearhuman services experience (required)
- Valid drivers license and clean background checks
