Job Summary
Learning Path ABA Services is actively looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Grand Blanc Michigan.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company in its early stages and help shape clinical practices from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments including FBAs and skill-based assessments.
- Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center-based and in-home settings
- Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners.
- Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Masters degree in ABA or related field
- Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes.
- Strong communication organization and clinical skills.
