Job Summary
Gardener Overview
Working within 186 acres the Gardener will assist the Estate Manager and other members of the gardening team in ensuring that the Estate is maintained to the highest standard with regard to presentation and safety. The Gardener position offers a varied range of duties including planting out nursery work garden maintenance grass cutting and garden restoration work. This role provides the opportunity to work within a range of outdoor spaces in the heart of Ashdown Forest that includes parkland a walled garden and a golf course.
Attributes & Experience
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous experience of garden maintenance and a passion for horticulture.
- Should be flexible and a co-operative individual ready to work in a team environment.
- Must enjoy physical outdoor work in all weathers.
