Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn legal and financial data into actionable insights for our legal operations and billing teams. You will analyze billing and operational data support decision-making monitor RPA processes and help optimize workflows through automation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of legal billing and financial data (BI for Billing).
- Analyze trends generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve legal operations.
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports on client billing collections and revenue metrics.
- Develop dashboards KPIs and performance reports to track legal and financial results.
- Monitor and support ongoing RPA workflows in legal processes identifying improvements and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders to define requirements and support process improvements.
- Develop automation solutions using SQL and Python to optimize daily legal and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reporting or Data Analyst.
- Very good knowledge of analytical & visualization tools such as Power BI QlikView.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with RPA is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate comfortably in both business and technical arenas with a teamwork perspective.
- Experience in a paralegal/legal environment is nice to have.
