WhatYoullDo

HS&E is looking for anexceptional Account Coordinatorto joinour accountteam as an integralmember supportingour new spirits client.The ideal candidate isdetailed-orientedextremely organized a strongcommunicatorandexcels at building relationships.

60% - Account Management

  • SupportSupervisorand account team in management and execution of client sponsorship portfolios activationspromotionsand events

  • Develop andmaintainproperty one-sheeters and partnershipplaybooks

  • Day-to-day account manager for selectbrands

  • Weekly Status calls with properties/brand teams

  • Take notesdisseminatenextsteps

  • Ensure all assets within partnerships arefulfilled

  • Traffick creative

  • Monitor programs/promotions

  • Seek added value throughoutterm

  • Organize team documents(i.e.budget tracker status grids)andmaintaintimelines to ensure all client deadlines are me

  • Respond to clients and rights holdersin a timelymanner

  • Ability to recap meetings by pulling pertinent information and transcribe all followups

  • Establish frameworks and templates for presentations decks and team projects; conduct research/outreach asneeded

  • Conduct evaluations of partnershipsand assess results with theassistanceofteam

  • Provide optimization recommendations to enhancepartnerships

  • Be a sound listener during negotiation discussions and supportSupervisor/team in developingstrategy

  • Conduct landscape analysis to help uncover newopportunities

  • Coordinatelogisticsand execution of sponsorship-related events and promotions with respective rights holders

  • Build and foster open communication with clients and partners providing the highest level of clientservice

15% - Strategic Planning

  • During management of partnerships begin to think about ways to elevate deals to achieve client goals and exceedexpectations

  • Ask questions when unsure but begin to think about solutions aswell

  • Collaborate on the development of POVs for new sponsorship opportunities asrequested

  • Utilize creative and innovative thinking skills to develop marketing concepts and sponsorship activation strategies forClients(pushing the envelope and thinking outside of the box)

  • Continue to strengthen understanding of the sports industry and areas ofopportunity

25% - Relationship Management

  • KeepSupervisorupdated on the status and timing ofdeliverables

  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordination between client and rightsholders

  • Engage and effectively interact withcross-channel teams and clients agencypartners

  • Build andmaintainlong-term business relationships (internal and external)

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of one (1)year of marketing experience at an agency team league rightsholderor brand with a proven performance record

  • Bachelors Degreein business marketing or related field preferred

  • Proven experience developing persuasivepresentations

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task prioritize and work with a sense of urgency to meetdeadlines

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • High levelofproficiencywith ExcelWordand PowerPoint

  • High levelof flexibility reliability and dependability

  • Exceptional can-do attitude

  • Ability to work nights weekends or travel for client programs and/orevents

Salary Range

$40000.00 - $50000.00

A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
