Per Diem Neonatologist needed! Join Our Neonatology Team at Winchester Medical Center!

We are seeking an experienced board certified neonatologist to provide per diem coverage in Winchester. This is a per diem position within a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level 3b NICU with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.

• Enjoy a collaborative practice environment with neonatologists taking call from home and 24-hour in-house coverage by NNPs
• Advanced services include whole body cooling inhaled nitric oxide and high frequency oscillation
• We welcome candidates with Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience a passion for teaching strong communication skills and a commitment to building a long-term career in Winchester
• Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel.
