We are not putting a thin AI layer on broken processes. We are rebuilding from first principles with two dedicated agents who work for their users:
Jack for candidates: An always-on career co-pilot. Jack starts with a deep conversation to understand who you are and what you really want. He provides market insights coaching and companionship.
Jill for companies: A true AI talent partner. Jill goes far beyond a job description to deeply understand your company your culture and the real context behind a role. She sources candidates reviews inbound applicants conducts first-pass screening calls and acts as a strategic thought partner.
Jack & Jill will not just disrupt the existing recruitment software market but also the 10x bigger recruitment services market.

Were looking for a Founding Launch Lead to own one of our biggest priorities - winning the worlds most important tech market - San Francisco. Your mission is simple: Build category defining traction in SF starting with building a candidate base of tens of thousands and onboarding hundreds of companies within the first few months of 2026.
The Profiles:
You could be an ex-founder who has built in the Bay Area before an early GTM leader from a top-tier startup a well-networked talent leader or an ex-VC who is ready to build. You are a commercial hustler who knows how to win in SF. Were open to exceptional people from a range of backgrounds but you likely fit one of these archetypes:
The Ex-Founder: Youve built something before. You know how to sell a vision before the product is perfect wear 100 different hats as you go 0 1 and you have a deep existing network in SF.
The Early GTM Builder: You were the first sales or marketing hire at a rocketship. You know how to go from $0 to $1M ARR and beyond.
The Talent Leader: You are a deeply networked Talent Leader whos been helping companies build amazing teams for years. Now youre ready to do that in the most leveraged way possible.
The ex-VC: After time in VC (Investing or Platform) you want to stop advising and start building. You know how to run events build presence get in front of companies and win deals.
The Role:
Your mission is simple: Build category-defining traction in SF starting with building a candidate base of tens of thousands and onboarding hundreds of companies within the first few months of 2026.
This is a 01 role. You will be responsible for liquidity revenue and brand presence in the worlds most important tech market and building the launch playbook that well use again and again in other cities.
You wont be alone. Youll be part of a small launch team working on the ground alongside Arya (our first hire an ex-founder and a true hustler). Youll report into the CEO and have the full backing of our London team with our CEO CMO (consumer-focused) and incoming B2B GTM Leader - all of whom have scaled companies from 0 to tens of millions of ARR - rotating through SF to support.
What youll actually do
Generate Demand: Hosting exclusive dinners for founders running events for top talent building a community of talent leaders and infiltrating the SF tech ecosystem to make Jack & Jill the insider choice.
Close Customers: You will be the first Account Executive on the ground. Youll pitch founders navigate objections and close our first flagship US customers.
Deliver Success: Selling is only half the job. You will white-glove onboard our early customers manually review their roles and ensure they make hires. If the product breaks you are the first line of defence.
Build the Machine: You will start by doing things that dont scale (manual matching coffee chats personal onboarding) to learn the market and build credibility. Then alongside our GTM leadership you will systematise those learnings into a scalable GTM engine.
