JOB TITLE: National Partnership Specialist LOCATION: Santiago Working model: Hybrid GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: The College Account Specialist contributes to the management of established accounts within the College Division by providing exemplary customer service and account management within the defined accounts/territory. The incumbent works closely with the Director of National Partnerships in retaining servicing and growing established accounts with the College Division. The incumbent is able to successfully manage service and administrative responsibilities. The incumbent will thoroughly understand the back-end processes in order to work closely with the campus services team to execute account updates and changes as well as new account set up responsibilities and other account related tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Managing lease partnership email boxes addressing inquiries and requests. Liaison between leaser partnership teams campus services and Territory Sales Representatives.
- Communicating with customer facing team to assist with strategy implementations.
- Territory planning performance assessment and administrative responsibilities to ensure Jostens executes effectively for the customer.
- JIRA Ticket requests and Oracle Application Functions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer) (ii) good verbal and written communication skills (iii) good interpersonal skills and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees. Required: - Minimum 1 year account management experience.
- Fluent in English Required to Speak Read and Write fluently in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer competence with high proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM Familiarity
- Ability to work remotely.
