Job Summary
Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. Rôle
- Le city fleet supervisor aura pour rôle principal de gérer la flotte de partenaires Yassir (Chauffeurs et Livreurs sur moto) afin dassurer une qualité de service au client de Yassir et interviendra auprès des partenaires afin de faire le suivi des créances.
Tâches
- Animer les sessions de formation et de recyclage pour les chauffeurs et drivers partenaires.
- Concevoir le planning de travail selon les exigences internes et la disponibilité des partenaires.
- Entreprendre les actions nécessaires dans le cas dune non-disponibilité des partenaires afin dassurer une continuité de service.
- Effectuer un suivi régulier des montants des commissions des partenaires et enassurer la collecte périodiquement.
- Etablir et mettre à jour un tableau de suivi des montant prélevés et dus.
- Faire une veilleconcurrentielleet remonter toute information pertinente à sa hiérarchie et entreprendre les actions nécessaires au besoin.
