Summary
The SC Region Trainer is responsible for developing organizing delivering managing/directing activities and outcomes for all addition the Training manager is required to conduct and manage training programs in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Identify training needs from attorney agents real estate agents and sales reps
- Translate requirements into training classes to be used by agents agencies and Westcor to promote continuing education
- Translate requirements into training classes to be used by agents agencies and Westcor to promote Lunch and Learns
- Develop or oversee the production of the topics classroom handouts instructional materials aids and manuals
- Develop classes which will be approved by SC Bar GA Bar SC Realtor Board and GA Realtor Board.
- Engagement with agents and realtors to effectively use the training classes for marketing use.
- Deliver training courses in a public speaking environment webinar video or online class.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques benefitting customers.
- Submit the CE certificate to the state on behalf of the attendees
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Stay abreast of the new legislation trends and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods tools and techniques
- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
- Sound decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
- Work history in the topics to be instructed.
Education Formal Training and experience
- Experience in the title industry preferred.
- Possess strong presentation skills a polished professional demeanor dependable flexible and have an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Curriculum development experience desired.
- Ability to write clear compelling and accurate material to ensure realism and relevance to job performance.
- Solid computer skills (MS Word MS Excel MS Outlook Internet).
- Team player that demonstrates supportive relationships with peers customers and internal personnel.
- 3-5 years of previous training experience is desired.
- Exhibits a passion for developing others.
- High school diploma; college experience is a plus.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
