Position Details
Full-Time Role:15 daysper month or183 daysper year
Comprehensive Care: 24/7 coverage for inpatient consultation surgical management outpatient clinics and on-call support
Collaborative Environment: Work with a supportive community of pediatricians pediatric subspecialists and visiting specialists from Seattle Childrens
Well-Equipped Facility: 23 bed Level IIIB NICU small PICU and Level IV Trauma designation
Specialized Support: Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office
Teaching Opportunities: Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residents
Engaging Practice Setting:Participatein a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle Childrens
Clinic Schedule:
Monday through Friday split with another pediatric surgeon (whenon-call)
1 block OR schedule per week with add-ons as needed
15 daysof hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks)
Minimum Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery
