Job Summary
Position:Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist-Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/ Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Licensure:Active LCSW or LICSW license in one of the following statesrequired:VA TX NH and/or PA
Pay:Starting at $75000
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8 am 5 pm EST/CST (40 hoursper week)
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSWor therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy servicesinourVirtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this roleyoullconduct individual assessments develop treatment plans and connect patients with valuable community resources all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.
What Youll Do:
Develop and monitor treatment plans
Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:
2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) orLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Active LCSW or LICSW license inone of the following states:Virginia Texas New Hampshireand/orPennsylvania.
Proven experience in therapy with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience;group therapyexperiencestrongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hoursper week) during EST/CST hours.
Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13
Mustresidein the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
