EDM Engineer
As an EDM Engineer you will set up and operate Spark Erosion and Wire Erosion machines to deliver highprecision machining operations. You will play a key role in ensuring components are produced to exacting standards while supporting wider production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate EDM machinery including Spark and Wire Erosion equipment.
Load raw materials and unload finished components safely and efficiently.
Adjust machine settings to meet required tolerances and production specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and work to customerdefined tolerances.
Follow all procedures safety guidelines operating standards and process documentation.
Maintain accurate logs of production activity equipment issues adjustments and repairs.
Conduct machine inspections to identify mechanical or safety concerns.
Ensure machines are stocked with tooling and materials to minimise downtime.
Maintain a strong safety focus ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Provide flexibility and support during peak production periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
Effective communication and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work consistently to defined processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Timeserved EDM Engineer or equivalent experience.
Handson experience with Spark Erosion and Wire Erosion processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience producing precision components to high quality standards.
Knowledge of manufacturing regulations safety procedures and best practices.

Fulltime permanent role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday on a threeshift rotation (early back and night).
