Whatyoullbe doing

TheProgram & Financial Management Teamteamleads the strategic and transformational projects of the CIBC Contact Centre. We deliver client experience improvements productivity benefits and resiliency for the Contact Centre vianew technologycapabilities process automation and AI. Reporting to the Director Project Manager the Project Co-ordinator Co-op willwork on large scale projects that drivetransformation & optimizationof the Contact Centredeliveringcutting edgetechnologyrelated toAI and about all stages of the project lifecycleby having the ability to work on initiatives at various stages from strategy to delivery to project with stakeholdersfrom across the Enterpriseand work on afun dynamic and fast-paced team

Important Information

  • We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation coding Frenchproficiency MS Office). Our goal for the application process is to get to know more about you all that you have to offer and give you the opportunity to learn more about us.

  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.
