Job Summary
Skilled Pipelayer Deep Drainage Works
Join Coinford specialists in groundworks and concrete frames. We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Pipelayer to support long-term deep drainage and infrastructure projects across our sites.
Role Requirements (Essential):
Proven experience in deep drainage and pipelaying works
Competent in installing foul surface water and attenuation systems
Ability to work from drawings levels and site documentation
Strong understanding of trench support systems pipe bedding backfilling and testing
High attention to detail to ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
Able to carry out daily plant and equipment checks and report issues to site management
Strong awareness of health & safety requirements when working in excavations
Desirable:
Confined Spaces training (advantageous but not essential)
CPCS/NPORS tickets (Dumper or Roller highly desirable)
35 years experience in deep drainage works
Experience working as part of an established drainage gang or groundworks team
General Expectations:
Reliable punctual and professional approach to work
Able to work collaboratively with other trades to support programme delivery
Right to work in the UK
