About the Program
We are looking for future Finance leaders to help shape the next generation of our Finance team in South America. Over 3 years you will rotate across key Finance areas gain exposure to different businesses and senior leaders and work on highimpact projects.
This is not a program to simply learn existing processes. We expect you to challenge the status quo bring a digital and innovative mindset and help us raise the bar of our discussions analyses and negotiations.
What You Will Do
Across your rotations you may:
Throughout the program you will have mentorship from experienced leaders a structured development plan and visibility with senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree (completed between Dec 2022 and Dec 2025) in Business Administration Economics Engineering Accounting Finance or related fields
Relevant experiences (internships projects student organizations exchange volunteering) that show owernship curiosity and analytical skills
Intermediate/advanced English; additional languages are a plus
Availability to work at São Caetano do Sul/SP
Strong interest in building a longterm leadership career in Finance.
