JOB TITLE: Lube Driver (Odessa/West Texas)
SCHEDULE: Start time of 6:00 AM
COMPENSATION: $30 per hour paid weekly
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable safety-focused and hardworking Lube Driver/Warehouse Driver with a Class A CDL and Tanker and Hazmat endorsements to join our West Texas team. This role is primarily responsible for the safe delivery of lubricants to customer locations while also supporting warehouse operations as needed.
The ideal candidate has delivery driving experience is comfortable operating company vehicles handling petroleum-based products and assisting with warehouse tasks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety accuracy and customer service.
This position offers assigned equipment competitive pay with bonuses and the opportunity to be home daily while supporting a fast-paced and growing operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
DELIVERY & DRIVING
- Safely operate an assigned truck to deliver lubricants to customer locations
- Load and unload lubricants and related materials at the warehouse and delivery sites
- Ensure timely accurate deliveries while complying with DOT and company safety regulations
- Maintain delivery documentation and follow proper handling procedures
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety requirements
WAREHOUSE SUPPORT
- Assist with receiving inspecting and staging incoming product
- Pick prepare and stage orders for delivery
- Support inventory organization and accuracy
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- CDL A required
- Previous delivery driving experience required
- Experience handling lubricants or petroleum products preferred
- Ability to load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background
- Stable employment history
- Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
