Hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Asheville NC Flexible Shifts with Competitive Pay

NurseDash is expanding to the Asheville/Hendersonville area! Were seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to be the first tojoin our platform and start picking up flexible part-time shifts at leading assisted living long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.

RN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform assessments monitor conditions and update care plans
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other care staff during shifts
Communicate with physicians families and facility leadership about resident needs
Ensure proper documentation of care and incidents
Uphold infection control safety procedures and compliance with state regulations
Participate in care team meetings and shift handoffs
Support a compassionate respectful care environment for all residents

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Minimum of 6 months RN experience in a long-term care assisted living or SNF setting
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
CPR certification preferred
