Job Summary

Switchboard Operator
Little Rock AR

Job responsibilities include:

Answer switchboard calls as soon as possible and direct those calls to the appropriate department
Take messages and ensure those messages are given to the appropriate contact
Communicate effectively and professionally with patients external contacts and staff members

Hours:This is a full-time position and is scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Required Experience:

Clinical experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of EPIC Electronic Medical Records software is preferred but not required
General understanding of medical terminology
