Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in Howell MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and transferring safely
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements
- Ability to interact with clients in a respectful and compassionate manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Howell MI
- Ability to pass background checks as required
