Job Summary:
Performsaccurateandtimelydata entry into various databases and software and files ensuring data integrity and completeness. May prepare basic spreadsheets and reports based on entered data.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into databases and software files
- Maintain records and files
- Ensure data integrity and completeness
- Prepare basic spreadsheets and reports based on entered data
- Verify accuracy of data entries
- Support office staff with data management tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED 1 year of data entry or clerical support experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
